• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

Deposits

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for rescheduling or a credit towards future services, but not a refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

We understand that emergencies can occur. In case of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your situation.
